GLOBA Atelier Limited is a demand-driven touring and bookings agency registered in Ireland (Company No. 818142), with its registered office at 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin D02 XE80. We operate the website at globa.agency and the GLOBA LIVE ticketing box office. References to "we", "us", or "GLOBA" in this policy refer to GLOBA Atelier Limited.

What we collect

When you use GLŌBA, we collect the following information:

  • Identity & contact information — your name, email address, and phone number when you sign up, place a pledge, or purchase a ticket.
  • Payment information — card details are processed and stored securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Pledge & ticket data — which artists and cities you have pledged for, and ticket purchases made through GLOBA LIVE.
  • Communications — emails, enquiries, or messages you send to us.
  • Usage data — pages visited, browser type, device type, and approximate location (country/city level) via IP address, collected via Google Analytics 4.
  • Marketing signals — interaction data collected via Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel for advertising measurement purposes, subject to your cookie preferences.

How we use your data

  • To process and manage your pledges and ticket purchases
  • To notify you when a city reaches its threshold or a show is confirmed
  • To send transactional emails and SMS messages related to your pledges and tickets
  • To share aggregated, anonymised demand data with promoters and venues (we never share your personal details)
  • To improve the platform and understand how it is used
  • To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok), subject to your consent
  • To send marketing communications where you have opted in — you can opt out at any time

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf, including:

  • Stripe — payment processing and card authorisation
  • Ticket Tailor — event ticketing and box office management
  • Brevo (Sendinblue) — email and SMS communications
  • Netlify — website hosting and form submissions
  • Google Analytics — website usage analytics
  • Meta & TikTok — advertising measurement, subject to your cookie consent
  • Promoters and venues — aggregated, anonymised demand signals only. No names or contact details.

All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements and are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection law.
